On August 1, the "Huahao Yueyuan (花好月圆)" Ferris wheel officially opened to the public at Guangzhou Sunac Land in Huadu District.
Standing 103 meters tall, it is currently the tallest high-altitude observation Ferris wheel in Guangzhou. It is named after a traditional Chinese idiom that conveys an ideal wish for happiness and perfection.
The Ferris wheel features 42 fully enclosed observation cabins, each accommodating up to eight passengers. One full rotation takes approximately 20 minutes, offering a panoramic view of Sunac Land and the surrounding urban landscape. The cabins are well-equipped with heating and air-conditioning systems, starry-sky ceilings, leather seats, USB charging ports, and multimedia screens.
The Ferris wheel operates from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays, with extended hours until 10 p.m. on weekends. Visitors can take Metro Line 9 to Huadu Square Station and then reach the site by bus or taxi.
