Baomo Garden & Nanyue Garden, Guangzhou
Located in Shawan Town, Panyu District, Baomo Garden (宝墨园) is a grand classical landscape garden built in the late Qing Dynasty (1840-1912 AD) and reconstructed in 1995. As its "sister garden", Nanyue Garden (南粤苑) is a magnificent Lingnan royal-style garden spanning over 6.7 hectares. It showcases classic Lingnan architectural aesthetics and houses precious art collections along the Maritime Silk Road, including jadeware and Guangcai porcelain.

In March, Nanyue Garden presents a Han-style Cherry Blossom Festival. The blossoms include two indigenous varieties: Guangzhou cherry and China Red cherry. The late-blooming Guangzhou cherry is the main attraction, now at peak bloom and expected to remain vibrant until early April.

Delicate pink petals frame ancient Lingnan architecture, crafting striking photo hotspots. On March 28 and 29, artificial snowfall by Ziqi Qinghui Archway will further create enchanting scenes.

In addition to flower viewing, the festival includes folk rituals, Hanfu gatherings, and cultural performances. Visitors can interact with Han costume performers. The Han-style market at Yilin Garden Archway features cherry-flavored snacks, sugar painting, and handicrafts. New scenic photo spots inspired by films and TV dramas are set under the cherry blossoms, inviting guests in costume to pose with popular cultural symbols.

Cherry Blossom Valley Scenic Area, Shaoguan
Cherry Blossom Valley Scenic Area is nestled at the northern foot of Yunji Mountain in Xinfeng County, Shaoguan, spanning over 53 hectares. It ranks among Guangdong's largest and most varied cherry blossom resorts and serves as the province's first rural ecological tourist zone themed on cherry blossoms.
The area boasts over 30,000 cherry trees in more than 20 varieties, blooming in succession from late January to early April.

Developed since 2000, the resort features landscapes including lotus lake, moon lake, and lover's bridge, harmoniously blending with pink, white, and rose-red blossoms. Walking on bridges or by lakes, visitors can capture stunning photos amid layered cherry blooms.

Currently, the area offers diverse camping experiences, such as cherry blossom camping spots, recreational vehicles, and wooden cabins, perfect for nighttime stargazing. Visitors may also savor local treats such as cherry tea, cherry wine, and cherry soft drinks.

South China Million Cherry Blossom Garden, Qingyuan
South China Million Cherry Blossom Garden is located in Dongfeng Village, Yingde, Qingyuan City. As one of Guangdong's largest cherry blossom parks, it houses over 100,000 trees across 20 rare varieties, earning the title "South China Cherry Blossom Sea."
Since late January to early April, a seamless succession of cherry varieties has bloomed from early to late season. More than 200 hectares of cherry blossoms burst into color, unfolding soft gradients of pink to rose red and drawing visitors from near and far.

The garden provides a dedicated camping area for guests to unwind beneath the trees and savor local snacks and tea with loved ones. The garden has boosted local tourism to over 10,000 annual visitors, with agricultural product sales rising 20 percent each year.
